<p>(A) We complemented <i>F. graminearum</i> gene deletion mutant (Δ<i>Fghtf1</i>) with <i>F. verticillioides FvHTF1</i> (Δ<i>Fghtf1-Fv</i>) and <i>F. oxysporum FoHTF1</i> (Δ<i>Fghtf1-Fo</i>). Δ<i>Fght1-Fv</i> and Δ<i>Fght1-Fo</i> produced abundant macroconidia borne on terminal phialides in contrast to Δ<i>Fghtf1</i> which produced aberrant terminal phialides and failed to form macroconidia and.
