<p>Animals were infected with a 1∶1 mixture (5×10<sup>7</sup> cfu by gavage) of M2735 (open bars) and Z234 (gray bars) for four days. We analyzed loads in the spleens of <i>cybb</i><sup>−/−</sup><i>nos2</i><sup>−/−</sup>(B6), <i>tnfr1</i><sup>−/−</sup> (B6), caspase1<sup>−/−</sup> (B6), <i>rag1</i><sup>−/−</sup> (B6), <i>ifng</i><sup>−/−</sup> (BALB/c) and <i>c3</i><sup>−/−</sup> (BALB/c).
