<p>(<b>A</b>) <i>Western blots of mitochondrial transcription factors</i> The protein expressions of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma coactivator 1-alpha (PGC-1α), nuclear respiratory factor-1 (NRF-1) and mitochondrial DNA transcription factor A (mtTFA) were measured in MEF^WT and MEF^PTEN−/−. Quantitative analysis showed no significant difference between the two (inset).
