<p>The attached cells exhibited a spindle shaped, endothelial cells like morphology (A), and adherent cells DiLDL uptake (B: red, exciting wave-length 543 nm) and lectin binding (C: green, exciting wave-length 477 nm) were assessed under a fluorescence microscopy. Double positive cells appearing yellow in the overlay (D) were identified as differentiating EPCs (×200). E to G, Membrane antigen expression on bone marrow-derived EPCs was determined by flow cytometry.</p
