<p>(A) Conidiation defects of <i>cchA</i>/<i>midA</i> deletion mutants can be rescued by extra-cellular Ca<sup>2+</sup>. The indicated strains were inoculated onto MMPDR with 2 µl of 10<sup>9</sup> conidia ml<sup>−1</sup> supplemented with different doses of CaCl<sub>2</sub> as indicated.
