<p>A. Two dimensional gel electrophoresis was performed on whole cell extract from macrophages infected with either RB50 or RB50Δ<i>clpV</i> at an MOI of 10 for 2 hours. A section of the 2D gel image is shown, and the entire 2D gel image can be seen in <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0045892#pone.0045892.s003" target="_blank">Figure S1</a>.
