Trypsin sensitivity and active RhoA levels.

<p><b>A.</b> Compared to non-induced (N) controls, the trypsinization time needed to round up the cells was reduced in induced (I) cells when moderate level of wild type (MYOC_WT) or mutant (MYOC_Q368X and MYOC_P370L) myocilin was expressed. <b>B</b>. Compared to non-induced (N) controls, active RhoA activity, measured by G-LISA RhoA assays, was lowered when wild type (MYOC_WT) or mutant (MYOC_Q368X and MYOC_P370L) myocilin was induced (I) to express in RGC5 cells. <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0047307#s2" target="_blank">Results</a> (mean ± SD) were analyzed by Student's t tests. *, P<0.001 compared to non-induced controls. <b>C</b>.
