Ubiquitin-proteasomal pathway contributes partially for degradation of FOXA2K6R.

<p>Panel A. Twenty micrograms of cell lysates from INS-1E cells transfected with FOXA2 or FOXA2K6R expression vectors and treated with DMSO vehicle or MG132 or lactacystin for 4 hours were resolved on 8–16% gradient gel and analyzed by western blotting with HA antibody (top panel) or actin antibody (lower panel). Five hundred micrograms of lysates prepared from FOXA2 or FOXA2K6R transfected cells and treated with DMSO or MG132 were immunoprecipitated with HA antibody and probed with ubiquitin antibody.
