WIN reduced bone resorption and MMP-9-activity in a capsaicin sensitive manner.

Treatment with WIN (4 µM) reduced the osteolytic activity compared to control cells (vehicle treated). Additional treatment with capsaicin (CIC) antagonized this decrease.
