<p>The changing expression of catalase (Cat) in J774 cells treated with tBHQ, Cat esiRNA, or a combination of both was tested by several methods. A) A summary of the SRM results. The SRM signal intensities were determined for all samples in each group and are plotted as the mean ± SEM, n = 5.
