<p><b>Panel A.</b> GCA over-expression in transiently transfected cells. Western blot was used to detect the expression of GCA. The primary antibodies are GCA antibody and DDK antibody; GAPDH serves as internal control. <b>Panel B.</b> HEK293 cells were transiently transfected with pCMV6-ENTRY-GCA and stimulated with different concentrations of rhBNP for 2 hours.
