Expression profiles of apoptotic proteins.

<p>Cells were cultured in the normoxic (<b>A</b>) or hypoxic (<b>B</b>) condition, and treated with 2 µM doxorubicin. At the end of treatments, total protein was isolated and subjected to Western blot for Bid, tBid, p53, and Bax. Actin was used as a loading control.
