Zebrafish embryos were injected with the reporters and the effectors (BD-CRY2N and AD-CIB1N), kept in dark for 3 hours, then some irradiated with blue light (20 mmol m<sup>–2</sup> s<sup>–1</sup>) for 2 hours (Blue) while some were kept in the dark (Dark).
