Biomechanical testing of bone strength in C57B and NMRI treated mice.

<p>Biomechanical testing of bone strength was performed by 3-point bending analyses in C57B and NMRI treated mice. Analyses was performed on day 13 (48 hrs post-treatment) and on day 56 (45 days post-treatment). Btz - bortezomib, Breaking force (N) – the maximum load the bone can take before breakage, Structural stiffness (N/mm). Values indicate mean±SEM, n = 7–9 per group.
