<p>A “map and remove” process was adapted to map reads against various sequence databases (left dotted box) in specific order as indicated. We allowed different levels of sequence mismatch tolerance, 0 mismatch, 1 mismatch and 2 mismatches when comparing the sequence reads against human sequence database.</p
