Cytokine and chemokine profile of human moDCs exposed to SPPs.

<p>ELISA was used to determine the release of cytokines (IL-6, TNF-α, IL-10) and chemokine (IL-8) from human moDCs in response to freshly isolated SPPs, DPI-treated SPPs, and heat-inactivated SPPs, in the presence and absence of NADPH, after 24 h incubation.
