Effect of EPI on cellular dynamics (A): Representative spots for colony lift assay.

<p>Expression of <i>lac Z</i> gene in yeast two hybrid system in the absence and presence of increasing concentration of epirubicin (EPI), show as a function of β-galactosidase activity. Colony of host strain containg empty vector depicts the untransformed cell used as the blank for background/innate colour of the cells.
