Over-expression of miR-17 seed family inhibits endocytic trafficking.

<p>Examples of distribution of intracellular Dil-LDL (<b>A</b>), EGF-Alexa555 (<b>C</b>) and transferrin-Alexa568 (<b>E</b>) following miRNAs over-expression in HeLa cells. Treatment of cells with the negative control miRNA for 48 h had no influence on cargo trafficking, whereas the over-expression of miR-17 family members inhibited trafficking of each tested cargo.
