Effect of the N1FR2011N-Vpu on CD4, CD1d and NTB-A.

<p>(<b>A, B</b>) The N1FR2011 Vpu does not interact with CD4 (<b>A</b>) or reduce its cells surface expression (<b>B</b>). 293T cells were transfected with plasmids expressing Vpu-N-Luc and CD4-C-Luc and interaction efficiencies were determined as described in the Experimental Procedures.
