Expression profiles of miR-378 during various development periods.

<p>Total RNAs was isolated from porcine longissimus muscle during different dpc (E) and postnatal days (D), and qPCR was performed using stem-loop RT-PCR. The expression levels were analyzed using the ΔΔ Ct method and normalized against U6. Each sample was run in triplicate, and the calculation standard deviation was shown.
