<p>Socs-1^−/− triple-KO mice (Socs-1^−/−) showed significantly enhanced circulating TNF-α levels after 4 weeks of CD and HCD while no change was found in Ldlr^−/− and Ldlr^−/−;Rag-2^−/− mice. <b>B and C.</b> Socs-1^−/−triple-KO mice (Socs-1^−/−) showed significantly enhanced levels of MCP-1 (<b>B</b>) and IL-6 (<b>C</b>) on CD while 4 weeks of HCD did not induce an additional increase in these mice.
