Role of CDCP1-domains for cellular transformation.

In separate experiments, the mutants ΔNT370, K365A,R368A, C689,690G and Δ5K were compared in their transformation efficiency to wild type CDCP1. Please note, that the number of CDCP1 virus in (D) was reduced in comparison to the other experiments.
