<p>A single dose of 5 mg/kg of IRC was given 2 hours before administration of L-DOPA and the total number of dyskinesias and distance travelled on the same day are presented. A significant reduction in LID count was observed (A) together with an increase in spontaneous distance travelled (B) compared to the same animals under vehicle treatment.
