Microarray analysis of WNV infected mDC.

<p>mDC from WT, <i>Irf3^−/−×Irf7^−/−</i> DKO, <i>Irf3^−/−×Irf5^−/−×Irf7^−/−</i> TKO, <i>Mavs^−/−</i> and <i>Ifnar^−/−</i> mice were infected with WNV-NY at an MOI of 25 and total RNA was harvested 24 hours later. <b>A.</b> WNV infection of mDC from the indicated genotypes as assessed by anti-WNV MAb staining at 24 hours after infection. <b>B</b>.
