Effect of suppression of SATB1 expression by small hairpin RNA (shRNA) in prostate cancer PC-3M cells.

<p>Prostate cancer PC-3M cells were transfected with and without DNA (mock), or the SATB1-targeted shRNA vector 1and 2 and continued in culture for 24 h. (<b>A</b>) SATB1, E-cadherin, MMP9 and -actin total protein expressions were analyzed by Western blotting.
