<p>The preferences of various kinases for sites with specific structural background and phosphorylation variation were calculated by the 2D Annotation Enrichment technique (see <a href="http://www.ploscompbiol.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pcbi.1002842#s4" target="_blank">Methods</a>).
