As in <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0054551#pone-0054551-g001" target="_blank">Fig. 1A</a>, HA-tagged GSK3β protein migrates at a higher molecular mass than that of endogenous GSK3β.
