Effect of EGF receptor antagonists or HB-EGF neutralizing antibody on chemotactic migration of St-T1b cells or hESCs.

<p>(<b>A</b>) Decidualized St-T1b cells were preincubated in transwell migration inserts with the tyrosine kinase inhibitor AG1478 (100 nM) or the EGFR1/2/4 (HER1/HER2/HER4) inhibitor (10 nM) for 1 h before addition of HB-EGF or TCM to the lower compartment for another 18 h. The percentage of migrated cells relative to the total cell number is given as the motility index (means±SD, n = 3).
