Stable expression of RhoC in human HL7702 hepatocytes.

<p>Cells were stably transfected with pcDNA3 or pcDNA3-RhoC and selected with G418-containing medium. Normal HL7702 cells were used as control. The expressions of RhoC mRNA and protein in each group were determined by RT-PCR (A, B) and Western blotting, respectively (C, D).
