ASH-WEX affects the distribution of events in the IMR-32 cell cycle.

<p>IMR-32 cells were treated with 0.5% ASH-WEX and RA for 72 h (a). The evaluation of cell cycle progression was done by DNA staining by propidium iodide. The figure shows representative FACS profiles of the distribution of cells in G0/G1, S, and G2/M phases as analysed by FCS software.
