<p>The curves showed the thermal stability of the peptide mixture was assessed using CD by monitoring the ellipticity at 222 nm as a function of temperature at 30 μM concentration in PBS with 25% TFE. The mixtures of gBH1 with gHH3, gHH1 with gBH1, gHH3 with gHH1 formed stable helical structures, with the apparent melting temperature (Tm) of 85°C, 70°C, and 65°C.</p
