<p>Experiments were performed by comparing the spectrum of the peptides pre-modified and post-modified at the desired concentrations. Spectra were measured at concentration of 30 μM in PBS with 25% TFE. The modification peptide showed a higher probability of forming helix structure than the original mother peptide.</p
