Growth curves of <i>iDLA2</i> lines.

<p>Growth rates were determined for the wild-type strain UVM4 transformed with the empty vector NE537 (WT-NE) and <i>iDLA2</i> lines (<i>iDLA2</i>-1, -2, -3) under photoautotrophic, mixotrophic, or heterotrophic growth conditions by measuring OD₇₅₀. Error bars represent 1 standard deviation from the mean based on results from three independent cultures.
