Knockdown of ANT2 suppresses the enhancement of Apo2L/TRAIL-induced apoptosis by apigenin.

<p>DU145 cells were transfected with siANT2 #1 or siCtrl. After 48 hr, the cells were incubated with 20 µmol/L apigenin for 24 hr. A, The cells were treated with or without 50 ng/ml Apo2L/TRAIL. After 24 hr, the sub-G1 population of the cells was measured using flow cytometry. The difference in sub-G1 populations with and without Apo2L/TRAIL was defined as Apo2L/TRAIL activity.
