A. Effects of dacomitinib and cetuximab on phosphorylated and total ERK.

<p>Cells were cultured to log-phase and treated with 100 nM dacomitinib or 100 ug/mL cetuximab for 1 hour, with or without treatment with 10 ng/mL recombinant EGF ligand. Cells lysates were then harvested and protein was resolved using Western blot analysis. B. Western blot images were quantified using ImageJ software.
