<p>A) 293FT cells were infected with 1 MOI of specific CDKs or Scrambled shRNA lentivirus as indicated. B) 293FT cells knocked down for CDK1, CDK2 and CDK4 genes were transfected with ERalphaCD domain and pulled down with GST-Pin1.
