Adipokine gene expression in WT and Tg mice.

<p>WT and Tg mice were fed with a RC diet or HFD for 12 weeks, then the animals were killed and their visceral adipose tissues were collected. A, The expressions of the indicated genes in the adipose tissues were then analyzed by quantitative PCR. The expression level of 36B4 was used as an internal control for normalization.
