<p>Total proteins from parent and corresponding cisplatin resistant sublines were subjected to SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis and transfer by Western blot. Expression levels of the EMT markers, c-Met and β-catenin, were examined across all cell lines. c-Met protein levels were significantly upregulated in H460, A549 and SKMES-1 resistant cell lines, while β-catenin levels were significantly upregulated in A549 and SKMES-1 cells only.
