<p>Cultures of HepG2 cells, MCF-7 cells and MDA-MB-231 cells were treated with 100 µmol/L resveratrol and piceid for 48 h. Cells were harvested by trypsinization and centrifugation, then analyzed in a Becton Dickinson FACScan (excitation at 488 nm) equipped with Cell Quest software after staining with annexin V-FITC and propidium iodide.
