Tumor growth and survivability of NLGP-treated mice.

<p><b>A.1</b>. Swiss mice were inoculated with Sarcoma 180 cells (1×10⁶ cells/mice). After formation of palpable tumor, mice of experimental group (<i>n</i> = 24) were treated with NLGP (25 µg) once a week for 4 weeks in total and other control group (<i>n</i> = 24) received PBS only. Pattern of tumor growth (in mm³) of each mouse is presented till day 28 after the initiation of therapy. Arrows indicate the points of NLGP injection <b>A.2</b>. Mice were inoculated with s.c. sarcoma and after formation of tumors mice of experimental group were treated with NLGP (25 µg) once a week for 4 weeks in total.
