<p>Three deposits of 1st antibody were made into each microchannel, and 0 to 32 pg/ml TNF-α, biotin-conjugated 2nd antibody, avidin-conjugated HRP solution were then infused, allowing triplicate determinations to be made in 1 channel. (A) The luminescence increased in a TNF-α concentration-dependent manner. (B) Standard curve for the TNF-α concentration versus luminescence intensity obtained by the assay.</p
