Gel filtration chromatography profile of bioactive peak ‘A’ fraction.

<p>The column purified dialysate was subjected to Gel filtration chromatography using Sephadex G-75 column (1.6×70 cm) at a flow rate of 0.1 ml/min and sample volume of 500 µl. Protein was eluted with 0.02 M phosphate buffer solution at pH 7.4. The retention time of the peak was 483.2 min with an area of 899.6 mAU*min and a peak area of 90.5%.
