<p>The upper pyrogram (skull sample) indicates a female individual, which can be seen by the different sequence pattern from dispensation 19 to 23 due to the six-bp deletion female individuals have in this part of the amelogenin gene. The lower pyrogram (the reference material) shows a male individual.
