<p>Results are shown for the 21 HIV seropositive individuals who had a baseline CD4 count <250 cells/µL and were eligible for ART by Ugandan guidelines but not taking 7 ART at baseline. The cumulative probability of ART initiation by 3 months among those with CD4 count <250 cells/µL and not on ART at baseline was 71.4%.</p
