<p>(A): Many cells adhered to the bottom of flask 4 hours after dissociated dermal cells were cultured in SKPs proliferation medium (×200). (B): Colony formed by serial dilution method in the process isolating N-dMSCs (×200). (C): More cells adhered to the bottom of flask 4 hours after dissociated dermal cells were culture in IMDM/10%FBS when compared with those cultured in SKPs proliferation medium (×200). (D) About 7 days after dissociated dermal cells were cultured in SKPs proliferation medium, many floating spheres formed (×100).
