<p>(A–E) Protein signals of predicted targets of miR-34a were detected by immunofluorescence in human dental papilla cells. (F) mRNA level of <i>NOTCH1</i> and <i>BMP7</i> were upregulated by inhibitor transfection. <i>LEF1</i>, <i>FGF2</i> and <i>GLI2</i> was not affected. (G) In contrast, mRNA level of <i>NOTCH1</i> and <i>BMP7</i> were downregulated by mimic transfection. <i>LEF1</i>, <i>FGF2</i> and <i>GLI2</i> was not affected.
