Equivalent residues in the two transmembrane domains (TM1 and TM2) of the zP2X4 crystal structure <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0050487#pone.0050487-Kawate1" target="_blank">[9]</a> are indicated as horizontal blue bars.
