Early apoptosis was detected in MiaPaCa-2 and L3.6pl cells after a 24 h pretreatment with AT-101 and a subsequent 4 h incubation with ATC or aATC at 10∶1 E/T.

<p>The treated cells were stained with AnnexinV-FITC and 7-AAD and the proportion of Annexin V positive cells was gated on tumor cells by flow cytometry.
