GroEL protein preferentially activates CD4+ T cells.

<p>Following 24 h and 48 h stimulation of PBMCs with rAaGroEL (20 µg/ml), cells were labeled with anti-CD3, anti-CD4, anti-CD8, anti-CD69 and anti-CD25 antibodies.
