Transient expression of IL6ER in different <i>Nicotiana</i> cultivars.

<p><i>N. benthamiana</i> and the two commercial tobacco cultivars were infiltrated by syringe with <i>A. tumefaciens</i> strain ICF320 carrying vectors pICH29912-IL6ER and pICH31160-IL6ER, respectively. Leaves were sampled at 10 dpi and IL6 levels were determined by ≥2 independent ELISA.
